<p align="justify">Technological changes that are developing rapidly have led to high competition between investment startups and securities. Therefore, startup companies need implement marketing strategies appropriate right on target in order win market competition. One of the used by is experiential marketing. This strategy focuses providing a positive experience mind customers so consumer satisfaction achieved. Experiential can be implemented into creative innovative feature. Total 100 respondents been obtained met research criteria, namely users Bibit application routine saving The data analysis technique this study Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25. results feel, think, relate factors significant effects customer satisfaction.
